Building a Luxury Dude Ranch From the Ground Up: Our Consultancy Story for One Venue & Their Special Events Department

Our most recent consultancy  with an out-of-state luxury dude ranch being built from scratch allowed us to provide a firm foundation to the owner and investors at the very start of their endeavors.  Here are the highlights of what we covered in our work for them:

  • Development of a comprehensive, customized marketing plan which included overnight packages as well as uniquely custom-tailored special event packages , including catering, service and facility fees as well as suggested marketing for targeting corporate events, private events and weddings
  • Creation of revenue goals for each market segment which included seasonal fluctuations based on their unique geographic location
  • Development of suggested terms and conditions to consider for them to provide their legal counsel which are unique to their property as well as common potential issues for special events and venues in particular
  • Copywriting of all marketing materials for each of the proposed packages - overnight, eco-tourism, corporate and special events
  • Suggested Social Media Plan 
  • Continual follow up and consultation with the owner and investors as developments unfolded
